Best place in the locality just because central government is maintaining it. All the places are very well maintained and clean, there are constant invigilation done by the local guards. There are a few shops around the area but they supply almost everything required.

Ordnance Factory is one of the reputed organisations under ministry of defence. They contribute as monopoly to our armed forces for armoury, vehicles and many more. The organisation have been taking care of the employees and the surroundings around and make the place more friendliness to human beings and also many rare birds and species across its radius. Well maintained community with loads of focus on our door games for children who are employed with the organisation is the huge benefit.

This is very famous ordnance factory of India which is constructed by Indira Gandhi and Kamarajar govt in 1971 at Trichirappalli city. It has a 50 years of service to Indian people. More than 3000+ men and women were servicing here. Best guns are made for Indian Defence. Good quality of Engineers and IOFS officers give their excellent service. Especially 30mm cannon and TAR production are the best of this unit. Products like re-engineered UBGL, MGL and MSL are also manufactured here. I have done a one year apprenticeship in the organisation which I got some defence knowledge.
