SPL KIA Service Center - Kolkata

Mr Vivek Prasad guided me well during my car’s first service, he is keen professional to his job and had a enough knowledge. All staff behaviour was impressive and my car got it shone like new one.

Overall I was happy with the service. Biswajit was my advisor he is a well behaved person who assisted ne from starting to delivery of the vehicle. However I felt there is a space issue in the workshop for the customers.rest all good.

Overall very best Service Center in Kolkata and the ambience is excellent. Very much customer friendly and upkeep of Lounges with facilities are really good. From the day when I came here my service advisor name is shanko Chowdhury. I really appreciate his service quality very much.. and all the parson of front desk are too good. Madam who is sitting at front desk her behaviour are also good. And also the lunch provided here at waiting time.

My today's experience with SPL Kia Service centre, Maheshtala, like always, was very good.
Being Sunday I was bit apprehensive, however, no inconvenience whatsoever experienced during my stay and course of the tasks.
