It is well equipped with machines , helpful trainers, different and customised plans for workout according to your needs, flexible timings. Fit India Gym is the best gym in comparison to others what I felt. Sir and all trainers are cooperative ,helpful and ready to help all the time. In addition one hour classes are also effective includes yoga , aerobics etc.

Gym has all training sections like Cardio,Strength & Cross fit..Gym Trainers are very polite and helpful...You can join Daily Morning & Evening Group Classes without any extra charges...Gym is very neat and clean and maintains a hygienic environment...

The environment of the gym is too friendly. The trianers are absolutely amazing Rajesh sir and Bharat sir advices are amazing and Tikam sir is just superb for strengthening and stretching. I advised fellow mates to join this amazing fitness temple and last but not the least Aprajita mam has no comparison in taking cardio classes , No one can beat her speed.

Amazing gym, friendly and hygienic enviroment, trainers are very supporting in nature, quality of machine and equipments is very nice. And best part is that there are 3 seperate corners for cardio, muscle building and open workout area.
