This is one of the best gym at Kota, It is situated in Shrinathpuram on ground floor. It gives advantages to gym that no suffocation created during workouts. Nice ventilation available. Owner have won many prizes in body building and his team (trainers) have good knowledge about exercises. All machines are branded and imported, crossfit workout, zumba, aerobics there are many more for weigh loose, muscle building. You must go there and improve your health.
