Located just a few meters from the Bypass, this place is famous. The Masjid is quite big and can accommodate a large number of people for prayer. The whole area will be really crowded with devotees during the time of prayers especially Friday prayers and during the month Ramadan.

This masjid is a huge structure capable of accommodating a few thousand of devotees for prayers. It's also one of the oldest Jama'ths (community) in Trivandrum.

There is also a spacious khabarstan (cemetery). A very famous Arabic college is functioning in the premises of the mosque. Maulana Koya, a very renouned scholar used to be the Imam of this masjid. He passed away about 2 years ago.

A beautiful masjid in the kovalam - kazhakkoottam bypass. Near to international airport Thiruvananthapuram. Facility for ladies to make namaz. More than 4 good hotels in front of masjid. Which all serves halal foods.
