I visited this branch today for change of address. The lady on the cash counter attended to me promptly and my work was over within fifteen minutes.
Informations for the customers are displayed well, and the branch has a very clean and customer-friendly ambience.

Manager will be watching k drama, assistant manager will be the rudest person who will not help you with anything and give her own reply. The manager is worst and rude behaviour no proper response, shouting at the clients don't even give respect to the clients either co employees also where arogant and worst behaviour better to change the manager or else remove the branch waste of rent and other expenses occurring to the branch..

Very worst, please transfer your account. None of the know-how to treat the customers. Also, the bank staff are all women employees who speak only Hindi. The experience has not improved at least 10 times visited. Gold only should save the customers of this branch.

Dnt have a option to give less than 1 star else i would have given. Most unprofessional bank employees ever I met today in KR puram branch called Vatsala. I went for asking tge procedure to open new bank account. Initially I spoke in Kannada and she responded in Hindi without apology that she doesn’t have a knowledge about local language. And then clearly asked which language do u speak she said in bank only we operate with 2 languages Hindi and English. I thought its fine and lets speak in English. Even thought I was speaking in english she was unable to communicate in English I am wondering how she got placed in such a good bank. Then she started shouting that we cannot open account for you. The other person (Shahzana) sitting in cash counter helped in this situation. Thanks for that. Communicate with customers in good way. If you can’t speak in local language then put a board outside the bank.

One of the worst experiences any customer could receive, employees here have no sense of treating customers with respect and you would never receive a response and wondering how a bank could operate with only one un-useful staff & remaining as assistant, on the other end language seems to be a main concern which everyone faces an issue dealing with, Manager is an amazing person to lead the team as they want to operate the branch as if it's their own bank, undoubtedly a worst banking experience in all the ways!!
