Our 11 day trip with Himachal Taxi took us on the following route: Chandigarh-Shimla-Kasol-Manali-Rohtang Pass-Dalhousie-Chandigarh during late September/early October 2016. It was one of the best experiences we had in our life. The driver and the type of car and condition matters most for this route. We had it perfect. When I planned a visit to the Kinnaur Valley, I knew I must have a hired cab for the tour. Reasons are many for this, which hardly need mention here. To pick out the right agency, I made contact with three or four of them and finally selected the Himachal Taxi, owned by Mr Nitin Bhalaik, a man of precise words, who took not much time to gain my confidence. His rates, installments of payments, exact route plan - and an assurance that his men on steerings never ask for money from the tourists - drew me instantly to him. And the moment I saw his liveried man in the steering of the Etios sedan he gave us for the eleven-day Ambala to Ambala tour, I felt proud of my decision. About my experience of the Kinnaur tour during this time, I'd better keep silent - for unless one experiences the entire happy and smooth journey, one would hardly believe that. Though during the trip I never had any need to contact Nitinji for any difficulty whatsoever, I always felt Nitinji's silent monitoring during the entire trip.
But of course, there's a negative point, however subtle, with Himachal Taxi. For Nitinji seems to keep only decent and highly professional men running his cars. And when I parted company with Mr Surjeet Thakur at the end of my trip, I felt a real pang.

We had wonderful experience ! Our driver Surjit was very polite and safe. Surjit ji was both knowledgeable and accommodating on the number of stops we took during the drive. 5 star rating for this trip with Himachal taxi !

I had booked Innova cab from Himachal Taxi for the Kaza Tour from Himachal Taxi in September 2021. It was a well planned tour by Mr. Nitin. Car was absolutely neat and clean and well maintained. Driver Mr. Bittu was well behaved and punctual. He became a family member with us in the 10 days tour. We really enjoyed the services of Himachal Taxi and thanks again to Mr. Nitin for delivering organising such a great tour and providing us a great driver for the trip.

We booked an innova for 4 days.. It was in great condition & clean.. 1 day for Shimla & 3 days for Manali.. I would highly recommend Nitin ji from Himachal Taxi for hiring cabs in Himchal. I recently hired a cab for my Manali and Kasol trip in March 21. I was impressed by the professional behaviour right from booking till the actual tour. Cars were spotlessly clean and adhered to covid protocol. Our driver Mr. Bittu was very experienced, docile and polite driver. He is a very safe driver and never drove rash. Entire process of booking and payments was handled in a proffesional manner. Highly recommended.

A fantastic experience with Himachal Taxi, I was on Shimla trip with Family in March 2109 and it was very nice experience. The Himachal taxi provided us an Innova car in very good condition and our driver Bittu was very nice person. He was very friendly and very supportive, I really appreciate him, He made our trip very pleasant with his behavior. An awesome service. I had communicated Nitin after seeing the ratings on Google. Himachal taxi loved upto the expectations. We have awesome drivers. I and my wife were picked up from Chandigarh Airport and I had forgotten the passport after traveling 1km. The driver Sunil immediately took me back to the trolley where my passport was left. Then we were shifted to a new etios on the way to Manali. The second driver Sanjay Kumar is one of the humble and ever smiling person whom we had met. He had experience of about 20 years in driving and it was extremely smooth throughout the trip of 10 days. He welcomed one lazy couple every day after waiting for hours without a single complaint. Though we made a generous tip for his effort and service we are still in debt.

I hired a Toyota Innova with Himanchal Taxi car services for 10 days in Jan-Feb 2017 for a family vacation for a Chandigarh - Shimla - Manali - Dharamshala tour.. The car was in good condition. Driver Mr Bhupendra was very good, well mannered, soft spoken and knowledgeable about the geography of the region. He was exceptionally careful on the narrow & curvy roads of Himachal and made our journey a memorable one. I would highly recommend them if you are visiting this part of the country.

I am back from my Kinnaur and Spiti Tour and this was one of the best organised tours by Himachal Taxi. Immaculate planning by Mr. Nitin and fabulous driver Mr. Bittu. Innova cab provided was in mint condition and driver was well versed with the route. I am totally satisfied with the services provided and they take care of smaller details. They are undoubtedly the Best in business.

I hired the services by looking at the reviews on the web and the service provided matched the reviews. I made the booking by making couple of calls to Mr. Vikas and through emails. The communication was crisp and clear and what was communicated and agreed was delivered.

I hired the Innova car for 8 days (April 23, 2016 to April 30,2016), Chandigarh-Manali-Shimla-Ambala. The vehicle was neat and clean and in good condition. Special mention for the driver Bhupinder a thorough gentleman, very polite, punctual and top of it a very good driver as well. No hassles, every day he would arrive at our resort 10-15 mins before the appointed time, never felt the need to call the owner during those 8 days.

Any one can use their services without any doubt. Will hire them again whenever I visit Himachal in future

Great Service and fantastic price compared to other operators. Our trip of 9 days from Chandigarh-Shimla-Manali-Dharmashala-Chandigarh between 19 - 27th Aug was excellent. Being a resident of Dubai I always had a doubt about the services but it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Mr.Nitin was very much instrumental in all the arrangements. It was an awesome experience. I had booked for 5 days Shimla - Manali trip. I had booked Himachal Taxi after checking their reviews. Kudos to Mr. Nitin & Mr. Paramjeet (Driver from 2nd day onwards). The driver Paramjeet actually acted as our tour guide also. He was very polite, humble throughout the trip. He even provided us with a good tour service in Delhi at the end of the trip. The car was very clean & neat. The drive was very smooth.

It was my first visit in Himachal. Did 7 days trip. When we planned the trip i was worried about the cab. It was family trip My wife 5 years son and My mother was with me. After transfer to Chandigarh from Delhi Bittuji was on driver seat. What an wonderful person he is i cant express in words. He is well behaved caring and supportive person . We rented 2 Innovas for a 3 day trip from Shimla to Manali and back to Chandigarh. Both the vehicles were very clean and in excellent condition. Drivers (Surinderji and Annuji) were both very professional and helpful. Had an excellent experience and special thanks to the drivers and the co-owner Mr. Vikas. Mr. Vikas was always reachable anytime we had any questions. Overall an excellent experience. Worth the money.
