Gaur Yamuna city 16th park view

I have personally visit the site and it is in actual and under construction at the moment. It will be a wonderful place to live in future but we need to wait until 2025 to be operational everything like, public transport, taxis, Metro, Malls, Shops, Airport, Schools as well as dozens of companies are investing in this areas so there will a bright tomorrow for upcoming generations. There will plenty of arrangements for education with all the schools,colleges and universities options. All over we should consider it tomorrow better opportunity.

Beautiful and developing city. At the moment people who have shifted are facing issues which will get resolved with time. The maintenance section is slow which I assume is due to lack of manpower. The place has a very bright future.
Editting my opinion about the appartments. Sometime after handover of the flat this is my review: twice within a week there was water logging inside the house, I'll post pictures. Though the maintenance staff are helpful but slow to respond, we have to wait for hours to get things done. The entrance door is damaged. The stoppers don't work, the kitchen cabinets are already rusting and many walls have tell tale signs of seepage.
We have to travel from Delhi every time we are informed thare is water overflowing from are flat into the corridor. The carpenter comes n adjusts doors every time we visit as the doors get jammed. We are unable to get woodwork done as we are worried it will get damaged with water. In less then a month we are regretting our decision of purchasing this flat.

A township developed by Gaurson developer spreading across 300 Acres in front of JP Sports complex is comprised of several housing complexes ie16th Parkview( 25 stories high rise apartments with block A, B ...J,K), 32nb Parkview, 3rd Parkview, 6th Park view, Seven park view ..etc with different building areas. There is a small lake constructed for which probably the Parkview nomenclature came. There are also schools, commercial buildings, shopping etc within the township. The construction of township by private builders is amazing though it cost huge involvement of money & resources.

Good location to invest in. Seen this location price soar.

16th Park View GYC

Construction almost complete. They have started giving Possessions. Many families are already living there. Great place. It's near the newly approved airport. If this place gets connected by metro train then this place is very good for living

It's a part of the Gauraons township. The construction was completed in 2021 and people have started living here. It's a multi story building of about 22-25 floors. It's in the vicinity of the new airport being built at Jewar. It's around 10 kms away from the airport.

Beautiful place. Just loved it.

It is city inside city, gud serene atmosphere without pollution. Nice lake and walking place. It has a school inside premises. Shops for daily needs are there. The society is developing and hotel coming up.
