South Indian stand up and do yourself proud. The food bangs on another level. The smabhat was amazing tasted so balanced no sugar added to there food was beautiful to dine at. The staff where very helpful, the juice I had fruit punch was freah, a little on the sweet side. This is the best dosa in kutch and is on there top level of master chef. Hats off to Sankalp.

A surprise awaits you in Bhuj with the same authentic southern taste that you will find in any other restaurants in the chain.
When it is Sankalp you do not have to say much.

Also, note that in Bhuj most of the hotels and restaurants close after 2:30 or 3:00PM. But, this place will be open for lunch.

Being a South Indian, I can guarantee you that, you will enjoy the food here.

Must visit. Neat and clean environment with good space. Food is awesome. Dosa is especially superb and their North Indian platter is mouth watering. Must try a hot pot of sizzling brownie with ice cream. I personally recommend to come and taste the awesome food.

Within the city of Bhuj, where south indian palate may be a rarity....there is hotel which gives you quite a variety of dosas and idlis...quite authentic too. Must visit!!
