Great Experience with kalp holidays (Sandeep Kothari).i have booked Ladakh trip from him. I found very easy the way he gave me all information for book my flight. I very strongly advise other traveller to use kalp holidays. sandeep is very friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much <3

Very unprofessional agent. I applied for visa and 4 days before appointment date, i came to know that we need some more documents like leave sanction letter. He sent me covering letter of others and asked me to edit. Every document was prepared by me by typing. In last he also asked to take print out of all documents. If everything has to be done by us then what's the use of agent? He only filled my form online n no information about other documents.
Reason for rejection was mentioned - "the information submitted regarding the justification for purpose was not reliable " whose fault is this?

Most Unprofessional agent out there.
He is least interested in the client choices and imposes on visiting places according to his comfort.
He made changes in the itinerary at the end moment without confirming with us.
Worst communication and management, lack ethics, not accountable for his decisions.

Highly Unprofessional Travel service … Did not deliver on a Simple promise of Early Checkin .. Charged 700 more than the direct hotel too … please check With Hotels directly
