No body could able to open my demat account atleast 4 staff tried...but had opened successfully online surpassing many glitches

Visited this branch twice but never had a good experience in this branch
Its the second time , i visited this branch

The first time it was 2 weeks back with 2 people who are paid salary by cheque to withdraw cash and don’t have bank accounts they were ill treated as they were uneducated and they waited for 30 mins for cash withdrwal because the cashier had to do her work which was much more important then the people standing there , because they were uneducated and din’t knew what to do else then wait

Secondly today again the same thing misbehaving with some other uneducated people who don’t know how things work in a bank

Then was my part
I asked if the cash deposit was possible they said 5 mins are left you can do it
I stood for about 15mins for cash deposit at the counter but the cashier was busy to do her other work going in and out again & again , i seriously didn’t felt like waiting more i left without doing the deposits

I seriously won’t visit this bcs HDFC branch again

Made the biggest mistake of my life i opened account with them. I paid for airline tickets inline and i bought from a IS website as they were cheaper. But who knew bank had extra charges hidden. They charged 30000 extra and that too 1 month after transaction was made without any intimation stating reason it was bank charges. Now not even refunding money. Bank managers dont even cate about your money they just reply okay to your emails as id they dont care.

I recommend all dont ever bank with them. They have 0 customer service 0 care for your money and 100 points for charging you money. Your money is not safe with them at all.
