Worst service, first bus pick time was 11:30pm at Delhi and bus pick me up at 1:20am and it supposed to drop me at 6:30am at gwalior but right now 7:51am and I'm still in agra which take almost 2hours more to reach, i try to call the travel company but they won't answer my calls and one time they did and hangup the call middle of the conversation and after that didn't pick and call

PLEASE DON'T EVEN THINK TO BOOK THEM AT ALL

Do not book ticket in this bus because staff is very irresponsible and make people fool.....on booking time boarding time was showing at 11 pm from agra to delhi while bus come at 2
Am and on sleeper ticket i was provided chair sitting...so request every one not to travel in this bus service.

Very bad experience i'm travelling in the bus now... A have booked a sleeper ticket but i was provided sitting 4 people in a seat

I will not recommend such bus service to any one specially to those who are going to travel with family... Poor quality bus, delay pickup time approximately 3 to 4 hours same as delay dropping time... No sense to talk to customer.
