A gym is considered a good gym not just by amount and quality of machines it has but also by how well trained their trainers and coaches are. In this case the owners are themselves a national level athletes in bodybuilding and are great coaches. Machines they have are of good quality too. They also have a nutritional counter where you have your daily meals for the days per your diet chart. Overall it's the best gym one can go.

I am highly satisfied with the training with Mr. Kabir sir.. It was not possible without you. one of the best gym in kota. The staff and management is very good and helpful. Gym is very clean and hygienic. I will highly recommend this gym in this COVID situation. Thanks to Mr. Khuswant sir for good management.

*Kabeer* is very knowledgeable, motivating, and his individual approach is beyond compare. I’m very grateful for his work. He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. He is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging. My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
