MLT College (Old name : Saharsa College) was established on 2nd June 1952, in Which Rai Saheb Manohar Lal Tekriwal made a remarkable contribution. On his memory college was named MLT College from Saharsa College by decission of BNMU & State government.

At first the college was under Bihar & Bhagalpur University. Again in 1974 college was undertaken by State Gov. after becoming constituent unit of Lalit Narayan University.The college has a glorious history which has inspired everyone to make this institute spread education around Koshi division of Bihar.

Most of the teachers are from Bihar.They are best teachers and they make students clear their concepts.Principal is very good and want to make the college the best . I am also a student of this best college.In 2016-18in class 12 and now I am a BCA Student of this college. Very wonderful college and having very good and woderful atmosphere .The best college of Bihar.

Very good college of Saharsa district . There is also Law college is in this college compound. Many types of facility are available in this college. This is only one PG college of Saharsa district. Also BCA education is available in this college . There are Library , canteen , Laboratory all things available in this college. This college is known by two name one is Saharsa College Saharsa and other is MLT college Saharsa.
