Andhra Bank turned into Union Bank. Worst experience that you will ever have. In the tech enabled era you will find Bank with multiple docs to be filled and irrelevant data to be filled.
Finally after all this you will have to wait hours for service to be finished. Over all this arrogance of employees they don't answer your problems
Not sure when this government banks functioning will change 🙏🙏🙏

Worst experience available here 😒
It will take ages to get atm cards
And hours of waiting to proces one request
No self passbook printing machine
It will take up to 20 minutes to get with draw form
It took me 41 days to apply for debit card
Due to poor communication from officials.

Sbi giving total package of atm and check book in one visit
Hdfc providing cards in less then 5 working days
I thought of giving complaint
But where this complaint go to , to anb branch where you have same kind of.....
May that complaint takes (2-3 ) years to process

The bank is two worst can't mainten properly when ever we go they use to say one thing the surver is not working com after a weak the on and only worst bank in Guntur
