I was on Antenatal physiotherapy training form Sri Ahana physiotherapy center through online.
Dr.Nivedita mam so friendly and passionate on training.. excercises are simple and effective in treating my antenatal diabetes... doing excercises during those days was one of my big stress releiving activity.. she was so patient in clearing my doubts and not rushing to teach ..🥰She was so connected to my baby.. 🥰Now he asking all of his grandparents to dance and excercise to sleep..😄 everyone blaming me that excercises I have done during antenatal period is a reason behind his behavior now❤.All credit goes to Dr Nivedita mam.thank you so much for your support.

I had severe back pain for about 6 to 7 days. I tried applying various creams to get rid off pain but no answer. Since the pain aggravated, I tried using the pain reliever plaster for 2 ,3 days but that also didn't work. The pain worsened day by day and I couldn't do any work. I couldn't bend or even move.When I told my brother and sis in law about my pain, they helped me arrange the online physiotherapy session with Ms Nivedita(Sri Aahana physiotherapy clinic). I had online session as I'm staying in Malaysia. First day, she diagnosed what's the problem and gave some therapy(my daughter was beside me to follow her instructions) Like a miracle, I was relieved from pain about 50%. Then the 2nd day after session I was relieved from pain about 85%. I continued doing the exercises and today 6th day, I'm relieved of pain to say 99% cure already. Just cured without taking any oral pills or any ointment. Everyday she is in my thoughts and who ever gets treatment from this clinic are really blessed.

I’m priyadarshini I live in UK…..I suffered from severe pain in the left side of my hip till my tip of the toe then I had a scan taken and I came to know I have a disc bulge I was in tremendous pain….
