Sidh Shaktipeeth Shri Tripurmalini Maa Darbar

Tripurmalini devi shaktipeeth one of the famous temple among the 51 shaktipeeth of maa sati. Temple situated in the centre of Jalandhar region punjab. It is believed to be at least 200 years old. Devoted to goddess maa durga. It is 1 km away from the station. There are plenty of sites to visit inside of temple corridor. For amusement, there are green parks to sit and rest and also people can see wooden and clay art in temple. Also Amarnath cave model and vaishnodevi cave built near the main temple. about 200 years old pond situated in center where the tripurmalini temple were built in middle of pond. The Tripurmalini Shakti peeth is built at the place where the breast of Mata Sati fell, hence it is also known by the name of Stanpeeth. Additionally, It is said the idol bears the power of Mata Vaishno Devi, Maa Lakshmi and Maa Saraswati as well, all these devis fulfill all desires of devotees. Just like the other Shakti peethas, a Diya always keep burning here as well. A large number of devotees mainly visit Tripurmalini Shaktipeeth on Sundays and Tuesdays. Here Goddess is in the form of Shakti.

Some people believe that whoever dies accidentally at Tripurmalini Shaktipeeth, goes to heaven after death. Even the birds or animals dying at this place get free from the cycle of birth and death. According to another belief, all the Gods are present here partly to meet Matarani. Worshipping here and at every shaktipeeth is considered extremely auspicious. By worshipping, we all are in safe and protective hands of Matarani.

Maa Tripurmalini Temple - Shaktipeeth
The Puranas state that Maa Sati immolated herself after her father Daksha insulted her husband Lord Shiva. This enraged Lord Shiva, who opened his third eye (the destroyer form) and performed the fierce tandava dance across the Earth with the body of his beloved Sati held in his arms. When dejected Lord Shiva was running around the planet carrying her body, Lord Vishnu divided the body into 51 parts with his Sudarshan chakra. Out of those 51 parts, Sati's left breast fell onto this place. Here, Sati is famously known as Tripurmalini.
This temple is of equal importance as that of Mata Chintpurni and Mata Naina Devitemples in North India. Located within the premises of Shree Devi Talab Mandir, Jalandhar, this is one of the 51 prominent Shakti Peethas in the subcontinent.

Today, this city of Jalandhar is recognized with this place.

Oldest temple in the complex with historic importance. Very popular with devotees. Attracts a large number of devotees every day. Very good arrangement for large number of devotees.

There are 51 Shakti Peeth in India.
Shri Tripmalini is one of them.

ये जालंधर का सबसे अच्छा मंदिर है... जो कि माता के 51 shaktipeeth मे से एक है... ये बहुत सुन्दर है.. इसमें छोटे बड़े कई मंदिर है और उसके साथ साथ इसमें अमरनाथ गुफा , वैष्णोदेवी गुफा भी बनाई गई है जहा आप बहुत सारी pics ले सकते हो.. यहां रुकने के लिए भी पूरी व्यवस्था और कैन्टीन है ... यहां जाकर मुझे बहुत अच्छा लगा..

पौराणिक कथा इस प्रकार है
जब शिवजी सती का देह लेके तांडव करने लगे
तब विष्णु भगवान ने सुदर्शन चक्र से देवी के देह का विभाजन किया वह 51 टुकड़ों में पुराने भारतवर्ष के प्रदेशों में गिरा
(कही पे लोग 52 शक्तिपीठ कहते है कई लोग 108 शक्तिपीठ भी कहते है)

मां का वक्ष स्थल यहां गिरा , मां के शक्तिपीठ की स्थापना हुई
जगतगुरु शंकराचार्य तालाब का काम करा रहे थे
तब उनको एक देवी की प्रतिमा मिली उसको देवी का आशीर्वाद मानते हुए उन्होंने वह वक्ष स्थल के आगे स्थापना की। आज हम सभी यह मूर्ति की पूजा करते है ।
हर एक सनातन धर्म मानने वाले को यह शक्तिपीठ जाना चाहिए ।
ट्रस्ट को इसको पिकनिक स्थान से ज्यादा मूल रूप इसका बचा कर रखने की आवश्यकता है l
उसके अलावा जो जगह का विस्तार किया जा रहा है पर मूल त्रिपुरमालिनी मंदिर है उसके विकास के बारे में सोचना चाहिए
थोड़े नियम कानून ट्रस्ट को बनाने पड़ेंगे
मोबाइल और उपकरणों को बाहर बैगेज काउंटर बनाके वहा जमा कर लेना चाहिए
मंदिर परिसर में सख्त कानून बनाने की आवश्यकता है।
