ICICI Bank Tuticorin-Branch & ATM

Haven't been at this branch for banking purpose so my review is not for banking.
This review is for ICICI credit card.
Quite fast process.
A staff name Muthu Karthika is well versed with credit queries.
Will look forward to receiving a good response after use of credit card.

I knew this would happen...
No updates regarding CREDIT CARD
No calls
No mails
They dont even bother themselves to receive a call.
Pathetic.

Been there for opening a savings account weeks back. We are informed that only 50000 rupees savings account can be opened, which was not the case when we checked online. An undiplomatic customer service representative incapable of meeting his targets deliberately tried to direct us with such irrelevant details. Sheer unprofessional behaviour 👎

very poor service. I am residing at Chennai. I have given a closing request to this branch one month back by visiting the branch personally. Till today no action. I checked with local ICICI branch at Chennai. They requested me to contact them over phone. But the mobile number displayed on web site does not exist.

It is better to close this branch or remove the people instead of damaging the brand name. Fish market stalls are better than this bank. No place allocated for for general enquiry or customer support. People here can't do the job Independently and who knows the job will not work for us. For account creation they are taking 2 days and even after that they come with pending documents which no one can't provide. They don't take aadhar alone as a proof and ask for one more proof. Even passport creation in india is done with singe proof. They avoid doing work telling silly reasons and concentrate only on loans and credit card.

Please work for the existing customer and keep them happy. Treat them atleast good.

Worst ICICI branch ever seen.. I want to give 0 zero stars.. my suggestion - don't go here with Valuable money here.. Employees only shows interest to take money from you to meet their MONTHLY TARGET..keep your money only in Savings account.. don't go with their so called suggestions(insurance, mutual funds). You'll end up loosing your money, but person who met his TARGET by selling the suggestions will be enjoying his incentives,awards and Tours provided by bank.. DON'T FALL IN THEIR TRAP

There was no zero rating. Else, I would like to give them only a zero, for their Worst Banking service. The people I contacted there are Vishnu Priya and Sukanya. Even for small work, we need to wait for months, for them to do it. They spend lots of time asking excuses for not doing the work, but will not use that time and finish the 10 minutes job. They only keep asking, please give 10 rating for our service, inspite of their very bad customer service. Even the very little work they do, they make mistakes and the work has to be done all again from scratch. Waste of time visiting their branch. I'm following up with them from the month of Feb2020 for making my account a joint and issuing me and atm card and check book. Still my work is not done.

Worst banking service.. I have never seen such a bad bank account...before one week my wife account was freeze without any forecast from bank..they did not perform any function for corresponding issues.. She not able to make any transactions still now... Bank staffs are tell like tablet not working for applying thumb impression.they did not give any proper reply. Totally irresponsible staffs and customer care also.So anyone think deposit the amount in this bank ..yours amount was not grantee to return..The only thing left is to wander daily..we Couldn’t afford a week to withdraw money for a medical emergency.
One of world class bank doesn't have proper equipment like tablet or any other for scanning thumb..its totally ridiculous

Poor service. They convince and force you to sign up their policy, once you sign up they don't give a damn. One of the person in this branch sweet talked into buying the policy and they will also ask you to consider changing the main branch to theirs. Later when you ask them for help with the accounts,h responds arrogantly. Avoid this branch and save yourselves the trouble they let you go through.

ICICI very worst bank service in tuticorin last year I bought loan bank 10.5 % interest but they charged above 16.5% when am finding my rate of interest and I ask mr Hari good loan manager says it’s systematic error I wil slove problem minimum 10 days he says 25 aug 2019 but he did not rectify issues. Now mr Hari did not atten my calls. Cheating persons only working in icici don’t buy gold loan after this bank it’s my humble request.

Worst response from the people working in ICICI.. Specifically I have to mention Sukanya ( trade desk manager) worst experience from her in transfer money to the person present abroad. Not preferable for foreign transaction. 1star is given since there is no option for 0star.

Doesn’t look like a bank. Horrible staffs are not at all responsible.All just have their eyes on mobile and they don’t face you when you ask something.
