I had to buy a new car for which I had planned since Feb 22. While searching, I understood that
1. I needed a car that fit my height .
2. Which has good safety features, especially inbuilt rear camera and sunroof.
3. Which has comfortable space
4. Good milage
5. Good looking

I visited maruti twice for booking of brezza. The first visit was just an enquiry when I visited at the time of Diwali. 2nd time, I visited Maruti on 29th Nov 22 when I wanted a real deal. I wanted to go with VDI. However, the deal could not be done. Something was missing here...

I went to Tata showroom where I could I understand that I need a car something near to ZX+ which will provide sunroof and 5 rating security feature. I was getting good deal hear. I asked guy to come back . I wanted to see the XUV300, which one of my known was using.

I visited the Mahindra showroom where I met with Mr Shishir. I clearly told that I am here just to see the XUV300. Please don't put any expectations of sale. Probably I won't be buying even after looking all the things and wasting your time. He agreed with this.

We had a meeting of about 4.5 hours where we went with all aspects of buying. He wanted to get advance money on the same day for booking, which I didn't want due to my personal reasons for Saturday. He convinced me in such a way that this is car that meets all my requirements. 5 rating of security, good looking, and my favourite colour.

On delivery date, he helped a lot. Probably he had some personal work however he stay till final delivery.

While going all these, I found how a sales guy changes the decisions of a person with his sales skill. You just tell your need. Sales guy will present in such a way that all the needs are beings fulfilled. Thank you Mr Shishir for support. I like your word " Hamara rista sales k baad shuru hoga". I hope this is mean to you like you delivered till now.
