The sales team is very knowledgeable and help the customer will all the possible details They understand the customer need first and than the reasonable solution is discussed with customer. Recently we have purchased it's know brand And we received very well treatment from the staff. They have all the demo cars available and rest drive is provided on demand. Got my VW Polo from here in 2013 and sales experience was great. They cut a cake and all ceremonies were done in a very patient manner. My father has a Wagon R and real brother has an i20 elite. Lesser i speak about them is better. They don’t even ask for tea/coffee/water. Apart from sales, I have been getting my car serviced from Lally motors for last 5 years. Regular Service cost is around 7-8K for my petrol car and there has been no major issues till date. I would rate them full 5 stars as I find their whole service channel very systematic. I always book an appointment, get confirmation message with Service supervisor’s contact number and after reaching service center there are no hassles. Tea/Coffee is served, car getting serviced can be seen from window, proper pre service inspection is done, service takes around 4-5 hours, servicemen are friendly, customer lounge is clean and very premium, reception staff and service management staff is very well behaved. I always find this missing whenever I company my Dad to get his Japanese car serviced. I feel lucky to have such a nice VW showroom/service center in Ludhiana. I highly recommend Lally motors if you are looking forward to buy a solid VW car or get it serviced. For my VW, I can never trust an outsider.
