NO REGRETS. One of the best gyms I've been to. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They love to help their clients and also help them deal with injuries.
In my opinion, KGF WORLD is a BUDGET FRIENDLY, BEST IN CLASS GYM.

Have all equipments for the workout and trainer traune you very well based on your body conditions. And the place is very friendly and fee is less when compared to other gym leave the price here you will be trained well under the trainer and will get your dream body.

This is THE BEST place for fitness & strength training. It has quality equipments and is spacious with good ventilation. Immaculate maintenance of equipement to the cleanliness, conditioning and their placement in the gym. They clean at regular intervals the floor, mats, benchs & equipments - ensuring great hygiene. They also have tidy shoe racks, change rooms and rest rooms - well maintained.
But, the highlight of this Gym would be the trainers. AMAZING TRAINERs they are skilled professional and very FRIENDLY. For the personal training, they tailor the fitness courses according to your needs and that suits you the best. They MOTIVATE you and help you to workout efficiently by teaching and correcting the form, monitoring the progression of weights and to also take care of re-racking. They don't market products but genuinely guide you through the diet course etc. You can't go wrong with this Gym, I highly recommend.

Best gym in Kanchi. Equipment is of very good quality. In terms of space, I think this gym has the best space in the town. The length of the gym is long enough to do suicide runs. The length also is well suited for using the battle rope. Ventilation is pretty decent. The gym is value for money unlike other gyms that charge a bomb with none of the above benefits. Another good thing is, no PT sales nuisance.

I have never come across or hear about such a nice gym in kanchipuram. Very spacious and place is well ambience. And they have well standard equipment international level. To talk about trainers, they are very keen and taking care of each and every individual also made comfortable zone that leads to approach them easily. They are very interacting also training people based on each individual's capacity and bringing progress on them also providing personal diet chart. To endup in saying about KGF Gym as its quote says too "SSSD or Triple S D" - Safe, Secure, Strength & Discipline. Especially damn safe for women. Its been a month since i joined KGF gym - i had good experience with this gym and the quotes on the wall will never make us to giveup and really if we want transform in ourself who are in need i would recommend them KGF gym-can go for it that too in a very affordable price by all...

It’s an unisex gym and the ambience is neat and vibrant, most of the equipments are imported and user friendly. Very supportive coach available all time in the floor to help and clarify your doubts, most importantly the fee is very reasonable. I strongly endorse KGF for everyone.
