Its so sad to say that the bank employees are so rude in behave and talking loose , today my mother visited the bank for withdraw some amount , but the working staff misbehaved her in front of other people and threatened her not to visit further for withdrawal of cash and also to charge extra penalty for withdrawal of cash. My old aged mother (senior citizen) became so depressed and described me how they insulted her in front of another account holder. Is there such any rude rules to visit the home branch ? if yes how ? and hope to reply the management with my reference otherwise I will take this notice to higher authorities. Only the syndicate bank employees are not working in this country during this Lock-down periods but also all Govt employees including me are serving our country with loyalty but never tries to hurt people like this. Its so intolerance and shamed on mismanaged bank like Syndicate Bank Sidhamula Branch which shows the irresponsibility of untrained staff....
