I have visited this branch three times.Allthe time it was horrible experience.There is no display of lunch time and from 1pm to 2.30 pm ,the branch comes to standstill and eat all together.On one day I reached at 1.45pm ,there was no body handling the customer and on asking I was told it is lunch time from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm.Todat I visited 2.15 pm and again the branch was not attending to any customer and the manager with his colleagues was taking lunch in his chamber.On asking,the manager told me that lunch time is 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm.On my asking why there is no dispaly of lunch time he said it is there.I could not locate any display of lunch time.Perhaps he is a party in closing the branch working from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm in the name of Lunch time.
Why all the branch should suspend work together causing great inconvenience to customers in the guise of Lunch whose time is not dis[played at all?

I apply to open a saving bank account but it since 3 months they still don't do anything about it,
Just waste of time.

Service here is very very slow. Not gonna lie i been here for like 2 solid hours juat to withdraw 2000 rupees. Stronger suggestion to not open account in this branch.

Really very poor services ..
Staff management never co-operates with their bank customers as well as with their own bank staff also ...
Staffs management is smoking their , so rude out there as well as I think banking regulation act 1949 should cancel their license as well ministry of corporate affairs should strike off their name form the companies act 2013

This is a sit bank ever asking me why you want to open here you can open at your hometown they'll talk so rudely and one old guy who don't have hair is asking me this sit question then why they open here UCO Bank
