Boon in offers a great stay.
Rooms are really spacious with enough furniture and a refrigerator also.
Chek in process was comfortable.
Ambient parking space was also available.
Rooms were clean and the toilet was also clean and equipped with sufficient toiletries.
I would definitely suggest this place for the one who needs a stay in Palakkad especially in the heart of the city.

The first thing i liked very much is the customer service, right from beginning of booking till check out they are treating the guests in a nice manner. The next thing is 24 hours checkin and check out option, which is very helpful. i checkin at 20th Nov 8 am and check out at 22nd 9 am. The location is good and accessible to different places. The rooms are spacious enough, neat and bathrooms are clean.The complementary breakfast is very good with two main items and bread with different menu everyday. Room service is good and we ordered dinner also. The receptionist Devaja was very helpful in arranging ayurveda spa service and also arranged a cab for nelliyampathy trip. I stayed along with my parents and my 2 year old kid. Everybody liked their service and overall a very good experience😊I higgly recommend this place 👍 Thank you Boon Inn, please keep up the good work. Spacious and clean room. Washroom was also clean and had bathing kit and towels. The dining area is small and the breakfast spread is also limited but tastes is good.
The stay was good but I wish the staff was friendlier.

Great place on a budget. I stayed in the A/C single occupancy room, and checked in at 11:45 PM.

While toiletries are a bit scarce, a bottle of water, soap, shampoo sachet, and some oil is provided. Beds are nice and comfy. The room was clean and well maintained. The A/C was functional and the room smelled neutral.

Reasonable prices. The buffet was a bit sparse in options though.

Would visit again.

Good rooms and nice service.. Check-out time is 24hours from check-in is very helpful. Reception is 24x7 and check-in and check-out procedures are fast. Staff are friendly and services are on the top. Complementary buffet breakfast is decent.

5 star rating is for the service provided for me by the staffs here especially Mr Ajeesh in reception. Excellent hospitality and courtesy extended from his side. If service provided is excluded i would rate 3.5 star because of old and unclean bedsheets and bath towels given. Would request to management to change those in regular basis during this pandemic situation. Rest all are good.

In plus of its strategic central location,this hotel is brand new, large rooms fully fonctionnable and the service is neat. Full team of cleaners come like army, laundry same day service, advisable staff and good groom. For this price it s definitely the best deal in Palakkad.

Rooms are like any business hotel. They are clean and tidy. Free WiFi and complementary breakfast. The breakfast includes two main dishes, freshly squeezed fruit juice, fruit salad, tea and coffee are made to order. Newspapers are delivered to the room every morning. The service is quick. Check in and check out hassle free. They have plenty of parking space. A little tip: The corner rooms are larger than the other rooms.

Stayed in the deluxe suite room 2 days back. 5 stars for their service. Their staff are extremely friendly , rooms and washroom are clean. Their food is also great. One of the best stays we have had 👍🏼👍🏼

I had booked 10 rooms for a family function
The entire staff was very cordial, friendly easily approachable during the entire course of stay. The rooms were clean, the complimentary breakfast was good. One of the best places to stay in Palakkad

The best low budget .rooms ..but look s very nice ....I think ..the palakkad best one hotel ...

Budget pricing in go ibibo. And you'll get a clean, spacious room. Hot water availability at all times. Good breakfast also. Location is easily accessible. I will definitely pick this one any time I visit Palakkad. Only downside is that lunch is not available.

Rooms were good but they are not able to do room service laundry is very poor towels are stinking. Rates were reasonable. Food is tasty.
