Enough parking facility to start with, good food and service. We went at late night after 10 and it was almost full. Nice ambience for quality family time. Main attraction from the road on you journey through the Kozhikkode Bye pass.

I was there in 4 days stay it was a wonderful experience and very nice hospitality the food and the ambience was very good and especially the staffs of the hotel are very polite and very friendly so I enjoyed there and also my family members it was nice 👍 my room was 1101 Deluxe but it is like premium rooms .Thankyou for your service

Such nice place to stay and really enjoyed my holidays in Palakkad. This place is easy accessible to all the tourist destinations in Palakkad which connect to Calicut and Coimbatore. Wonderful experience.

The hotel ambience is good. Staffs behavior and the way of talking of night working receptionist was great and in a descent manner. Comparing to other hotel the receptionist is a stranger but in grandnoor the receptionists character and the way of speaking is good and we became friends too.more over the room boys help to serve foods and they help in cleaning and their service is available at any time. All over the service is good

I have booked a room in this hotel two days back but when I am coming to that booking date, the person who is sitting in reception in the morning told that all room are booked, no room available, if u want will give you emergency room for that I need to pay Rs.500/-. He also dont know how to speak with customers,
Very pathetic behavour.
So I am advicing dont trust them in booking.

Tasty food and good ambience. Perfect reastruant to go and hang out with family and friends.very clean atmosphere. There is enough place for parking . Saturday and sunday quite busy atmosphere. The service there may be a little bit low i felt and for 200 ml of Orange juice they are taking 95 rupees that felt a little bit off overall good.

Cleaned and beautifully furnished rooms at reasonable price. Each and every staff is well trained and ready to help us whenever there is a need.
You will notice a pleasant ambience and smiling faces everywhere in the hotel and restaurant.

A very good hotel for stay with family. Neighbourhood is very peaceful and the hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Room rates are decent and rooms are very good. The rooms are thorough cleaned every day. They have two excellent conference halls for different functions. Breakfast complimentary buffet was awesome...

Excellent service provided by the hotel staffs. Importantly the free breakfast is really good, chatni and sambar my favorite pickings from the whole list of food. I really enjoyed a lot in spending time there at the hotel. Affordable price, cleanliness and good service is the competitive advantage of this hotel over others in Palakkad.
