Kutir Craft Village Resort | Rann Of Kutch

Secluded location. Far from the madding crowd. Once you enter one has a lovely village scene recreated for you specially. Food so sumptuous and authentic. Hospitality inimitable. Especially the owner bhai Saab is simple incredible. Sitting g and talking so sweetly to the guests as if they are family members. Real hut feel you get. Folk songs with accompaniment of instruments in the dark evening are very soothing.

This was a very pleasant stay. They are situated right near the road to white desert, no problems finding it.
They have limited options in dinner and breakfast but it’s just so homemade, we had no complaints.

Very good homestay with beautifully decorated rooms and breakfast and dinner available to guests. They even arrange for local folk singers to entertain the guests. There's a small shop with beautiful handicrafts, you can get something for your family while you are on a vacation.

We stayed here for two days. Its a lovely resort , the location from rann is 15 mins which is not very far and reachable. The rooms were clean and beautiful and the food limited options but awesome. Loved the place and would recommend not to miss if you are in rann.

I have stayed in Kutir for a long time for work, Gagan bhai and Khalu Kaka are one of the most amazing people and hosta. Always helpful and passionate about providing the best service to their guests. They have treated me and my colleagues as family and are always there for all their guests.

Budget stay compared to the charges in Tent City of Ranotsav. This is a village style with snacks, dinner and breakfast included. Roughly 7 kms before Ranotsav. Depending on the dates, this comes in range of 3500 to 4500 rupees range, for a room per night

Our group of over 20 will cherish our memories of Kutir Craft. Well planned, excellent theme, great food, wonderful stay!

Amazing resort with kind and very helpful staff. Very simple resort and not a lot to expect. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner was very good and self service was a great a option. Very close by to Rann and other tourist attractions as well.
They also showed us the authentic handicraft which they would make and also we also bought the same for amazing price and quality. Stay in the bunga was really great. Overall place was too good and shall come back.

This place is simply a superlative experience for anyone wishing to experience real village life. The owner is an extremely hospitable and helpful man, and will arrange visits to the crafts village, shopping trips, and for incredible sunrises to the nearby bird sanctuary of Chhari Dhand. Highly recommended. The rooms are comfortable, the bathrooms clean and the food is local but of the highest quality. Staff are very helpful and polite, but don't speak much English. Beautiful place perfectly situated close to the usual tourist spots of Kalo Dungar and the White Desert, book here of possible.

It's very good facility with traditional way of kutchi living, like stay as well as food. The place is very near to white desert and I would prefer to stay in such place rather than tents. The owner was very kind and helpful. The food quality was great if you love traditional food. You don't have options in food, it's fix menu by resort. The music event in night by locals were great and it s wonderful to have clear sky view in night.

Hodko, a village about 60km from Bhuj, houses an amazing stay, Kutir Kraft, which has multiple Bhungas (traditional huts).

The hospitality we received and the ambience was brilliant. The caretakers were humble and down to earth in their conduct.

The food provided during the entire duration of our stay was homely, tasty and healthy. It was like a home away from home for us.

We had been to a place called Kalo Dungar (Black Hills) which is about 52 km from Hodko. Since we had reached there late and also were in a two wheeler, while coming back, we were caught in cold. It was pretty dark, our phones were off. Not being able to reach us, the people from the stay were so worried. They were in search of us in their vehicle and finally found us a couple of hours later. We were surprised to see people we don’t even know properly were so worried for us. The care we got after we reached was something extraordinary!

This stay is highly recommended!

PS: Bon fire with traditional music show is an add on in the nights within the stay.

If I could rate it more than 10.From entry to exit, we were well taken care off. The staff is excellent. The place is neat and clean. The food is simple, homely fresh with seasonal vegetables. We just waited for the food all the time. The tea amazing. I dont drink tea, but here i had it 3 times a day. Khaluji and Gagan bhai are really helpful people. Rohit did a great job. The musicians at night are an added value. Must stay village resort i must say. Please have the pleasure of staying here and enjoy the peace, food, hospitality. Namaste and God bless.

Very good place to stay .. amazing simple and tasty meals .. it's 20 km before runn of Kutch so transport from here to white desert is bit of an issue.. the owner is very nice so he arranged it somehow for us for 700 Rs to arrange a visit, show us around the white desert and bring us back to resort for 4 hours.

It's Hut village so nice warm village feeling. Owner also suggested me to try their haldi milk as i had sore throat, which was very helpful.

I would recommend this place if you don't want to pay too much as all the tents in white runn are very expensive but you should ensure to have a vehicle in advance for easy transportation.

It is a wonderful place to stay, food is good, people are very friendly and offering homely environment. This location is about 10 km before Rann Utsav festival. You can see beautiful stars in the night, rising sun scene is beautiful.

Had a very good experience staying at kutir craft.
People are really hospitable here and they take care of you like their own family members.
Bhunga was very clean and spacious for 2 people.
Basic facilitites like wifi, hot water etc were provided.
The lunch and dinner was of kutchi style and was very tasty.
