My journey from Bangalore to Hyderabad was an absolute nightmare. The staff's behavior was terrible, the seats were smelly, and the bus incessantly stopped every hour. To make matters worse, the bus broke down, and the alternative provided was standing for three hours without any seating arrangement. This was undeniably the worst travel experience I've ever had.

My recent experience taking the HYD - BLR supper bus with PNR ORED1742147 was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I was asked to board a local non AC bus from my pick-up location at Lakdi ka pool, which caused a delay of 30 minutes before I was able to get on the bus I had actually booked. During the journey, numerous passengers boarded in the middle causing overcrowding and an uncomfortable experience, as they were constantly on their mobile phones, making calls and impeding the already limited space. Despite paying a premium of Rs.1600, my overall experience was that of an economy-class ticket worth only Rs.600. I had chosen this provider based on glowing reviews on Amazon and other portals, but it turns out these were all fake. I would recommend choosing a different provider to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free journey.
