This is GSRao from Income Tax department Vijayawada. Travelled from Vijayawada to Kurnool in service number AP 21E 1838, with PNR 218272 @ berth L5. Dropping point is Bellary Chowrasta and the scheduled time is 5 am.

I kept alaram @ 5 am and woke up. When I asked the bus assistant, he said that the point had already been crossed.

Is it not their responsibility to check passengers departure points and more particularly at night time.

Most irresponsible behaviour.

I was made to travel in return direction from 5:10 am to 6:15 am in a biting cold in an open van.
