Outstanding service from this post office, particularly from Naresh sir (SPM). Despite being in the US and facing various complexities and procedural complications with my matured KVP, the Post office assisted me in smoothly withdrawing and depositing the money into my account. The service provided was of the highest grade.

Today, I went to receive my vehicle REGISTRATION CARD as it has been sent through a speed post and was there. I asked an employee, they referred me to a Raju postman who knows about the parcel/letter delivery. Finally after waiting 5 mins, he found my card and handed it over to me. I am happy with the service. If you have the same case and your card is also not delivered, I will recommend collecting it from the respective post office instead of waiting for them to deliver.

Unlike most government offices, this place is very customer friendly. You can get proper response to your queries.

The place is mostly not that crowded. You can get your parcel weighed and posted in less than 10 mins.

The speed post is open only till 2:30PM. You can post the normal posts anytime in the postbox kept outside.

Nowadays people are mostly going to private couriers without knowing that India Post's speed post charges only 25% of the private courier's charge and serve the same level of service.

We had a few NSCs purchased in Chennai 6 years ago. We approached a post office they asked us to go to GPO at Abids, Hyderabad. Then we approached the Kondapur post office near RTA Kondapur, The two lady employees took time and patiently explained us how to redeem the certificates from their PO. within 10 days we were surprised to get a call that the has been transferred to their PO and can be withdrawn from there. We have never before got such a warm response from any of the Post Office employees anywhere. Hats off to the team!

Location is a a little tough to find. Situated in the first floor.
They handle international deliveries well. No delays experienced.
