Update:
First service is done. As it’s first free service can’t able to comment much and they won’t change anything. Taking too long to service the vehicle and I could see vehicle is idle without any works for maximum time .It would be better if the service time is lesser at least for free services. My service time 9.30 AM to 3.30 PM.

I have been here to fix the ABS issue I had while travelling from Hyderabad to Munnar. The complete team including the AGM of the service centre treated us humbly and rectified the issue in few hours. It was a great experience with Kia overall.

Mostly the decision for buying a particular car was taken in ur brain, even before you go for a test drive. You try to gather as much info from all sources to reach a conclusion.

Test drive is just a formal confirmation of ur already made decision. No matter what car you choose, we are self programmed or even biased to a particular brand or model.

Two things which hindered me were global NCAP ratings and the service centres. In my case I have to travel 100+ kms to reach the service centre.

The staff were very friendly and kept their cool even after bombarding questions and doubts.

My first free service @ Erode was completed recently, Service Er Shyam handled very well. A special note of thanks to Him and Firoz.

Really I enjoyed every moment and experience in KIA showroom with staffs and all. Thank you for every thing.
