Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur

Great hotel, rooms are modern and the breakfast is great. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary "high" tea in the evening which comes with snacks accompanied by live music. The location is a bit away from the main city, but that's probably a good thing.

If I can give 10 stars to this hotel, I will! Excellent hotel with the most professional and hospitable staff that we have come across till date. We were travelling from the USA with our one-year-old baby. So as expected, our requests were beyond normal. But every time, the staff was very understanding and co-operative. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The chef, the room service, the bellman, the front-desk, and anyone that one I met at the hotel was amiable and affable. The hotel is also very clean with a pleasing ambience. The food is excellent. They also offered evening tea with some folk music which had a soothing effect on our travel stress. Highly recommend this Hotel! To the hotel and its staff – wish you more and more success!

A well maintained property and one could expect all the Marriott standards but is a little outside the main city so this has its own pros and cons. Rooms are well appointed, food is very good and the service levels are excellent. To us the main highlight was the evening high tea and the traditional Rajasthani live music. Staff is very police and well trained. Samiksha from the front office ensured that we were made comfortable & was very attentive during our entire 3 days stay. Overall a good experience and Jodhpur is always a Special place to visit!

One of the best managed Marriott properties in India. From the security at the gate to the reception, restaurant, room service all personnel greeted the guests with a smile and were extremely effecient and courteous. The rooms and restrooms were perfectly clean and well appointed. The HR, Front office and Restaurant teams need special commendation. The restaurant spread for breakfast and dinner was outstanding and food was excellent. The banquet arrangements were also excellent.the Chefs were keeping a close watch on the food refills...which is a rare in busy banquets ...and A truly 5 star experience from checkin to checkout.

The staff here are highly hospitable, warm and one of the best in all their dealings with the customer. The restaurant is one of the best in its cuisine. Overall ambience is excellent. The front office especially Mr Yogesh is very much customer focused.

Amazing hotel with professional and cooperative staff.
Platter available has a good variety, you’ll take atleast 2-3 days just to explore everything on the breakfast.
Quality and taste of food is beyond delicious.
Maintenance and cleaning staff are professional and service time taken is bare minimum.
Would recommend for a good experience for a hotel whether travelling for work or vacation.

This hotel is a true paradise, first of all the location is well connected, ample parking space, folk music daily during dinner and hi tea takes you to a different place. Restaurant Kava headed by Chef Chetan and head chef Tinkesh is a true star of this hotel. He understands food very well and one can taste authentic Rajasthani cuisine, continental, Italian all varieties of food here. I’ve stayed here for 15 days and never felt any lapse in service. Bhagirath, Anjali Singh, KhemaRam in restaurant never gets tired of ensuring the best service with a smile. A delightful experience.

Loved staying at this place. Staff were so friendly and in service they couldn't do enough. Head chef kept asking for feedback and offered take away lunch for our onwards journey that was a pleasing surprise.

All the wait staff, restaurant manager were really friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this hotel over some of 5 star hotels in India. Service was impeccable.

Great hotel! Great service!

Check-in was smooth and our stay at the hotel was made comfortable by the staff - especially by Operations Manager Nitesh who looked after us from day 1.

There were minor issues with our room. Nitesh went out of the way to upgrade our room and offered us complementary dinner. He also arranged taxis for us to do day tours in Jodhpur and personally liaised with the drivers to ensure they delivered best possible service.

Food & Beverage staff Gagandeep looked after us and personally checked to ensure if we were satisfied with the food.

Location opp High Court and upcoming areas of Jodhpur. Close to airport and industrial areas. Well maintained clean rooms, excellent breakfast spread and buffet, excellent service. Wish coffee were better. Will come again definitely

We had a really wonderful time at this property. What sets this property apart is the staff:
1.) Let me start with the front desk staff. The lady (Ms. Supriya) at the front desk was very polite with all our questions and she explained all the hotel amenities and services. We were coming from Jaisalmer Marriott that day and we were really tired after the 5 hours drive but the whole check-in process was very easy and it was primarily due to your front desk team personnel.

2.) After check-in, we dined at the Kava Grill. We requested la carte dishes and we were personally looked after by Chef Chetan Singh ji on 18th & 19th.We loved the food on both days (Mughlai food on 18th & Rajasthani food on 19th). One of our family member was down with cold and cough on 18th night and as soon as Chetan Singh ji came to know about this, he bought "Bajre ka Raab" dish to help with the cold. This was such a touching gesture from Chetan Singh ji. This was really an "above & beyond" gesture.

3.) Room service Personnel - whenever we requested something, it was delivered to the room in the minimum possible time. We can't thank the room sevice personnel enough for their quick and prompt service. These room sevice personnel are usually not seen in the forefront but their contribution to the overall customer experience is equally critical. We would also like to mention the person who cleaned our rooms on 19th - we saw a really nice "Namaste" made out of Orchid leaves and plant chutes on our bed in the rooms.

4.) Breakfast - The breakfast spread in kava Grill had lots of options and we really loved the freshly prepared Jalebis. Thank you for that.

My wife and I were visiting India from Canada. We had asked 5 star hotels. He booked us Fairfield Marriott which is a 4 star. But we were really impressed with the hotel. When we entered we were very warmly greeted by Pawan and Yogesh. The check in was done really quickly. We were escorted to our room by Pawan. The room was amazing clean and all supplies. Breakfast was amazing lots of variety. We were offered a complimentary High Tea. We gave laundry which arrived on time. If I could rate the service level “10” I would. Great room amazing service by everyone and very good food. Definitely better than some 5 star hotels

Awesome experience, hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel room was very clean. My husband was sick during the visit and staff went out of way to help us out. I will definitely recommend this hotel and we will plan to come back.

Hotel staff is hospitable and professional. They were kind enough to give us late checkout as per our request.
Rooms size is bit small but comfortable. Washrooms are clean. Well equipped hotel with fitness center.
Breakfast buffet is exquisite and full of options.
Worth visiting again.

Very nice hotel, staff were very welcoming, room servicing ce was amazing and the rooms were AMAZING.
They had everything you need and the beds were the softest you know. Tho only thing this hotel lacks is the view from rooms

We stayed at this property for two nights. Although the location is far from main city and major tourist attractions the property is luxurious and offers good clean room, great service and good food. you can always hire a cab, ola , uber to visit the tourist attractions in Jodhpur. it was wonderful stay with family
