Rude staff.. they are thugs. Firstly they assured me to send the bill on my phone which I never received. Another time they closed the store. 1.5 hours before the official closing time on Google which is 10 PM. The store was open the staff was all packed to leave. I wanted to buy a hand bag but they didn’t let me .. they literally denied entry at 8:40 pm into the store 😂. Never mind better brands available in the neighbourhood WHICH DO NOT CLOSE WELL BEFORE THEIR TIMINGS

Staff is Very unhelpful. staff is very disrespectful they dont know how to treat kids one of them scared my daughter and made her cry. Bad experiences will never go there again

It's disappointing that the shoes I bought from MOCHI 5 days back only lasted one day and the customer service wasn't helpful in resolving the issue, especially when you're visiting from Australia and limited stay. Not being able to get a replacement, refund, or timely repair is certainly frustrating and inconvenient. Requested alot but I found to buy from Mochi is a waste of money. Never ever buy again.
