ICICI Bank Hoshiarpur-Branch & ATM

This is a fantastic bank with very pleasant staff. They deal with NRI customers very well and are helpful. I met the manager today and he is a customer orientated person. It was an excellent experience I give this bank top marks. I will visit again for sure.

This bank is located well at the front of shopping mall and can be easily spotted on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Conveniently accessible.
Well managed, organised and nicely maintained. The counters are clearly marked and can be easily approached. Comfortable seating and cozy atmosphere.
Cordial and pleasant service. Polite and efficient staff. One can easily notice the great level of attention paid to each customer.
Bank ATM is located adjacent to this branch.
Good for quick visits.
Spacious parking area with ample parking space is available in front of the building although parking slots are not marked.
Wheelchair parking is not available and entrance is not wheelchair accessible due to the staircase in front of it.
Liked the experience.
