Gowthami Library

I'm in love with this library, it's not the library it's used to be.... they really changed it , they bought good furniture,more competitive books and it's absolutely great for those who can't afford peace(study atmosphere) at their homes , kudos to them who all did this...✌

Very nice place. Pleasant environment. Expansion work is in progress. Taala Patra Grandalu stored here. Lot of old books here.

One of the oldest Regional Library in the state. So spacious...Both latest news/books and very old valuable documents are available...U can see Talapatra Grandhalu also. Very high capacity...One can get rich educational knowledge which cannot be stolen by anyone..

This library is good to crack the competative exams

Sri Gowthami Grandhalayam is a library that has a collection of around 60,000 books. The library contains books of different languages on various subjects. This library is a combination of Vasuraya Grandhalayam Library, which was established by Vasudeva Subbarayadu and Ratnakavi Grandhalayam Library, established by Kokkonda Venkataratnam.

Sri Gowthami Grandhalayam was merged with many small libraries, which was registered in 1920, while it received its name in 1898. The library is one of the prominent places among natives and tourists.

Timings-

Monday - Friday:8:00 AM -6:30 PM

Saturday:8:00 AM -6:30 PM

Sunday:8:00 AM -6:30 PM

Public Holidays:8:00 AM -6:30 PM

Moreover pets are not allowed in the library.

Good library in Rajahmundry

Good collection of books. They run a programme " I love reading" on every Sunday for children.

It is best place to study for especially job aspirants and books also nice and surroundings are cool and suited for reading

Excellent place for learning . I have spent lots of hours learning and acquiring knowledge during my childhood days

i can say , whatever i got today is mostly from this lovely place, and the staff who are so cordial and supportive, and now also can see hundreds of students gaining from this great place..
