It's okay. Trainer is nasty guy. He discourages you and tries to sell protein. He says it's the only way to gain muscles. When refused he just don't care what you do there and even sometimes makes fun of you. You think Iam a fool or something? Also lower body workout is not even good. Hope the owner fires him and brings new trainer. Still not preferred!
