On 27th September, I went to Tata Motors Service Center located at B48, Sector 63 Noida with the complaint of Wiper water pipe, car washing and dry cleaning of my Tata Altroz 2020 model and I quite surprised to see the area of the service center, the space and the location is at good place with ample of space for lot of cars. The Reception and Engineers area are well clean and the staff nature is very good for the customers. One of the Engineer Krishna ji has created job card and understood my problems related to my car and suggested also few things from his side. I agreed to his suggestions and given my car for one day for all the work to be done. It was amazing that Engineer has called me himself about the issues and when all the work done also. Today morning I went to the service center to see my car and take it back and it was really amazing that the car was very neat and clean and all the work done is impressive. Engineer walked me through all the things and it was really good. Process was smooth and staff was very good. Overall well maintained and first preference for a Tata customer to go for a service at B48, Sector 63 Noida service center. Highly Recommended..
