Kadapa Prakash Nagar Axis bank branch we faced the worst experience, opening a salary account. but every month charge debits the amount. so many times complained but not responding.

Worst bank I ever met, they opened digital savings accouct gave account, debit card details etc after verifing all ID cards & vedio KYC successful.Then next day they cancel account with reason kyc verification is un successful. The actual reason is one of their employee called me few hours before cacelling account to have investment in their bank, I said I can't, so they cancelled a verified account with reason "Your Axis Bank Digital Savings A/c application could not be processed further due to non-completion of Video KYC. Refund of INR initiated for Order ID order. Amount will be credited in 4-7 working days." So worst bank and worst experience.
