Townhouse - The Urban Inn

One of the best hotel at Dibrugarh under 1500. And specially hotel management is super. Specially Deepak bro. He waited for me till 12am that too outside his hotel gate. If you want to spent a quality time with you partner then this is the best hotel for you.

Such a descent and homely place to stay in. Really like the facilities available, cleanliness and also the staff were well mannered & trained too. Please to visit Townhouse & wish to visit in future again..Keep growing Townhouse

Five of us stayed in 2 rooms on 8th/ 9th November - double and family suite. Small place but felt very homely. Very clean rooms and excellent service from Manager Deepak. Extremely friendly and pleasant - running around to provide quality service. Great breakfast. The owners must give Deepak a support staff. Well worth staying there. Loved it.

Booked the Suite room. It was spacious and clean. The service by Deepak Das in particular is noteworthy and he takes care of all the needs of the guests. The food was found to be extremely tasty. Will visit again for sure if In Dibrugarh. Inn has parking facilities also.

Cons :- 1. Water pressure is low in bathroom
2. The pillows were rather small and flat.
3. Comforters did not have covers
4. Staying area is on 2nd floor and doesn't have lift.

However, all these small discomforts can be ignored due to the comfort of the place, service and tasty food.

This is located at very peaceful place but still very close to Thana charali. Most of the hotels are in the busy market. But here you will be at peace. Plenty of space in and around to walk around.
Rooms and washroom is very updated and maintained properly.
Cons- complimentary breakfast is not upto the mark.need to improve the quality of breakfast. Day should stat with good breakfast.
I strongly recommend that breakfast should be given 8 am onwards.
Caretaker Deepak is very sincere and cooperative.
Overall I enjoyed staying there. It's very reasonable also.

You need a comfy & cozy place in the Town free from the noise, huddle and hustle of the traffic. You got it in here.

5stars for dipak da, the manager ; very polite and instant response.
Coming to the hotel, room and bathroom both are very clean. Food is also good and price is reasonable.
Only one problem: they didn't have the sports channels subscribed in their TV 🙂🥲😅

Had very nice experience, a place with the urge to serve and make it all a comfortable stay. The food was great too, meeting old friends after so long is a feeling that can't be described and if you get a stay like this we can call it as the famous proverb "sone pe suhaga". I feel extremely happy to be in a place where it feels like home. Thanks to the team Townhouse.
