State Bank of India DIBRUGARH

One of the most busy bank in dibrugarh, the transction this bank carries out is the highest and the bank is overburdened with customer. Staff is less in this bank so the pressure to work is on the staff present, hence you will face rough behaviour from them. Again another cause of there behaviour is that the bank is government undertaking which makes them powerful and rude to customer as they enjoy rights being in Government job. Any way you are bound to go to the bank because, you belive the safety of your hard earned money and government disburses all payment through state bank of India.

Good customer relation staff are also good. In ground floor ATM available.

Something problem with their staff otherwise all ok

A small branch of SBI in the town, it has relatively lesser no of staffs & yes service is not upto the mark

Very disappointed with the slow service except a couple of employees.Every time the passbook has to be updated, one needs to go to the bank at least 3-4 times then request them for it. Kindly look into the matter as this never happens in any other bank

Despite the ATM machine being right next to the bank, I found it empty three times.

Customer care number not valid

One of the employee set up my yono internet banking and just to complete her target of the day she did a transaction without clearly asking telling me what transaction. I was so furious. Not gonna use your yono banking anyways.

Unhappy with customer service. The manager and other staff thought that it was their's own personal bank. Only their order will be followed. Staff are very uncooperative.

To open an account you have to visit this branch three time. Good management by state bank of India
