Hotel Marina Shimla

Perfect hotel in terms of rooms, location being prime and great fast service! Value for money!

A bit expensive. But location and hospitality is amazing. The staff is really nice. Their restaurant also has good eating options and the food is really good. The breakfast buffet has a lot of good options. Overall we really liked staying here. I wish the view was a little better as it gets blocked by other nearby buildings. I would recommend trying for a room on the upper levels where the view might be better.

Hotel Marina Shimla - This is almost 5☆property rated 4☆ ratings ,just bcz it doesn't have a swimming pool in the property. As per new laws by authorities of Shimla, no hotels in Shimla can have a swimming pool due to a shortage of water during summer's and peak seasons.
This property is located in Mall Road near the waterfall. It has almost 56 rooms in various categories like Deluxe Room, Superior Room, Executive Room, Mini Suite Room, Suite Room & Executive Suite Room. Rooms are bigger than the other hotel rooms in Shimla. Marina Shimla offers you a pleasant stay with beautiful, spacious rooms with attached beautiful bathrooms with all the amenities that are required for 5☆ rooms. This property is in 5 levels, while we enter to reception at level 3 .
Level 4 is a beautiful terrace garden with a sitting area and a buffet bar and a restaurant that is mostly operational in summers.
Level 3 has beautiful rooms, both hills side valley view and back side rooms are with artificial garden with sitting area.
Level 2 & 1 has only rooms . While Zero level has buffet breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a a-la-carte restaurant, one restaurant with a bar , gym , spa, and a playing area for kids and every age group, with pool table , table tennis table & a air hockey.
Highly Recommended Hotel for your next stay in Shimla.
The most valuable thing about this hotel is that it has its own parking at the terrace level and in the basement, which makes it different and comfortable from other hotels in Shimla.
The only thing that is not favourable is the price of stay per room per night.

The food was exceptional and was complemented by the fantastic service. Chef Kashmir Singh did an excellent job while preparing the finger-licking dishes, while Mr.Tika Singh made the experience memorable with his flawless service and courteous manner.

Excellent location and close to the main street, friendly, pleasant and super professional staff. A very clean and well maintained hotel. There is a gym, spa and a lovely balcony upstairs. It is highly recommended!

Awesome balcony view….mall road is near to this hotel, as we booked it just for a night so we didn’t took all the services….but overall great experience with the good ambience😊Happy visit

We booked the suite and it was no doubt a great experience. Amazingly spacious and clean rooms, excellent staff and good food. They have a small activity room as well that has table tennis, ice hockey and a pool table. The hotel has a good lounge bar area and a very pretty rooftop dining area with great valley view. It is 10 minutes walking from the mall road with a very easy walk.

Hotel Marina is one of the best in Shimla and you should book a stay there if you are going to be visiting the city.

Rooms with balcony have a descent view on higher floors. Plus they are big and equipped with latest design concepts and fittings. Washrooms are neat.

We stayed in Hotel Marina last week for 2 nights. It was awesome experience out there. The food, the location, the staff, hotel cleanliness all is way too good as compared to other hotels.

Great place on the Mall near Kamla Nehru (Lady Reading) Hospital

Stayed here for one night only but it was worth the stay. Loved their breakfast buffet especially their cold coffee.
