Visited the shop itself today for A sunscreen and hair serum, they were running out of sunscreen so they asked if they can arrange it and deliver it to home only, in evening when their agent came with the products and i asked for no discount given on membership, he made me to talk with his senior on call and that person told me that the discount is given only on the earned points and not on every purchase, i wasn't very convinced with this policy though as at the time of taking membership i was told I'd get discount on every purchase and no point system was there in scene. Anyway, what that delivery person ( Happy Singh as showed on Truecaller) he just fled away without delivering the products while i was asking him the amount to be paid. He just ran away in anger without delivering the products. Is that how you treat your customers ? I'd understand his reaction had i misbehaved or talked bad to him, but it was all fine and good and he just turned his bike on and fled, i was standing there asking for the amount to be paid, i was amazed at this how he just disappeared without delivering the products. Such people don't deserve in such a business where they have to deal with customers/public at all. Highly disappointed, Never gonna buy anything from Apollo Pharmacy now onwards.

For Appollo customer care- if you're not willing to look into the matter really and sort out the complaints then do not comment here asking for contacting you. Pathetic customer care service too.

Hi this is Tushar in beginning Apollo was good but at this time today 23/Feb/2020 there is no every item available and sometimes they arrange from another shop and sale to us in high prices once i buy from them other shop item. The guy sumit promise to exchange/Return without any hesitation but when i returned now he is saying sir complete money nhi milegi vapsi kuki kisi or se lekr aaya tha
