Location is on mall road only. Easily accessible.

The vegetarian penne pink pasta was a revelation – a vibrant tapestry of textures and tastes that left us wanting more. And let's not forget the drinks and desserts! The apple cinnamon tea was a warm hug in a mug, the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The ginger lemon apple pie offered a delightful balance of sweet and tart, while the chocolate fudge cake was pure decadent heaven.

Truly, it's hard to imagine a more satisfying dining experience.

A huge shoutout to Chef Arjun and Chef Sunny for their culinary mastery. Their passion for food shines through in every single bite. Special thanks to Anisha, whose warmth and attentiveness made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

I loved this place ~ great food, lovely teas, and my favourite rooftop terrace in Shimla. Special mention for the sweetest waitress Winona who was super friendly and welcoming each time I visited. Highly recommend!

After a good run, time for breakfast. It had just opened as I entered and took my place beside the window.

A small cozy cafe, with wood as the main theme. The staff is courteous and welcoming. As for the food, ordered a Middle Eastern breakfast comprising Shakshuka with Hummus and Pita. Both were good to say. And I absolutely loved the whipped mocha coffee.

Definitely recommended to visit.

Is bang on the mall road, right opposite to a picturesque police station.
The yellow windows and interiors compliments The exterior and brings a calming feel to the whole place.
Went there for breakfast and boy it was amazing.
Tried chicken Hollandaise and it was worth every buck.
The portions are massive and highly recommended.
The people serving you understand the menu very well and are usually able to suggest great dishes and educate you on the same.

Genuinely an excellent mall road cafe with large windows that open opposite to the mayor's residence. Very sweet servers who make it all the more special. There are perhaps 3 tables and some more tables on a scenic small rooftop. The coffee was genuinely good and so was the food. Fresh, not too fussy and overachieving but rather keeping it simple and tasty.

I had a great time sitting by the window, reading and having a treat with a coffee. Open till way beyond 10pm.

Perfect, quaint and cozy little Cafe with excellent food, service and view. Ordered a slice of freshly made delicious carrot cake along with coffee, it made our day. Special thanks to Aneesha for her services. She is friendly and made good cup of coffee for us.

Genuinely the best place we had our lunch . Our kid had the best hakka noodle 🍜. We ordered Rajma ,butter roti and lachcha Paratha . The bread was soft ,crispy and well cooked. Rajma and Pudina Chatney were home like . Service was good and fast too .

Most worthwhile place to have your breakfast or your evening snack while you are travelling to Shimla.

This place, exactly in the middle of the mall road Shimla, has an amazing view with the best crepes and garlic bread in town. The cozy seating space on upper floors offers amazing views from the window and one can sit and relax after walking on the busy mall road while sipping a hot cup of cappuccino or chai with finger licking, hygienic and freshly prepared meals.

Must try :
- Cappuccino and Cinnamon Chai (For those chilly wintery mornings or evenings!)
- Cold coffee with ice cream (Ah! sunny noons!!)
- Mushroom and cheese garlic bread (Toasties are fun!)
- Hummus falafel pita platter (Hey mediterranean lovers!)
- Banana Nutella crepe (Yummylicious! 😋)
- Pizzas and Pastas (Not your regular cafe!)

My first time at Wake and Bake Cafe and this cafe is the best among all the cafes in Shimla. The music, service, and food here are the best.Mr Akshay explained the menu to me and provided excellent service. I liked it very much. The view here is amazing, it has views of both the ridge and also the hills on the other side.

Although it is a little bit congested, it gives the bending and entering awesome places vibe from Harry Potter over here.

The food has been fascinating as well. I ordered a sandwich, and the quality and quantity were both impressive, which is a tough match to find.

This is the only place which I prefer to visit and have food whenever I am in Shimla. I really like the ambience and the food is top class. It’s the third time I am visiting here and now I am eager to write about this place. So my first preference has always be the Spaghetti pasta with any sauce be it white or red or garlic roasted pasta. This time I tried something else because it was morning and as it’s a breakfast time so the pasta was supposed to be cooked after 12 PM. I tried garlic bread toast with cheese and herbs and savoury waffle with cheese bell peppers spinach and creamy sauce and trust me it was world-class. I am so glad that I found this cafe because they have a unique taste in the herbs that they use. At last we had cappuccino and a mocha which was indeed really awesome. I literally beg them to cook pasta for me but I guess it’s the policy that pasta can be cooked after 12 PM so I didn’t actually had this time but I’m glad that I tried something different which was way better from my expectation and I guess you should also try having this cheese creamy waffle and trust me you will forget the sweet chocolate Nutella and all the sugary waffles that you are still having. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience and I’m sure I will always come back to have food in this cafe whenever I am there.

Conveniently placed in the middle of the entire hustle bustle of the infamous mall Road of Shimla. The view from the window seat is just to die for though. Their coffees and pizzas are good. The place always smells of great coffee. The service is real good. Great decor and good music. A must visit when you are in Shimla and want to go cafe hopping.

Loved this cozy café in the city center! Great views and delicious food. We had a yummy English breakfast and cold coffee with ice cream. Definitely worth checking out (although it has very few tables so you might as well call before) ☕

We went here 3 times during our stay in Shimla! They have a very diverse menu and lots of vegetarian and vegan options. Great selection of Indian food, but also of western and Middle Eastern. Very clean too, definitely go if you’re in Shimla!

Awesome ace for a quick bite...their main chicken dishes are heavenly. For desserts, try banofee pie and the apple pie. Seating could be improved but they've done the best with the space constraints. They have a small seating area on the terrace, the view and photos from there come out really nice.

Absolute delicious food, with an incredible view on the terrace. Anisha is a really great servant and gave us a lovely and welcoming experience. Would 100% recommend!
