We booked one 2 bhk for four of us and it was really worth it. Property is decent, care taker is very polite and hardworking. The owner of this property is really very good and helpful. He will assist you from booking cabs to bike and everything. We booked for one day but ended up spending three days because of nice hospitality. I will recommend this property to everyone if you want a solitude place outside Shimla.

Best place I ever stayed in. I with my sister went to Shimla (our first trip without parents) and felt home away from home. The owner himself is very fantastic host and loves to talk about cricket, Kiran didi (househelp) will always make sure that you get whatever you want. Though it is bit far from mall road but totally worth it. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
Rooms are very spacious and very neat and clean. View from balcony and rooms are next level.
Food is homemade and super delicious with decent price.

A wonderful homestay away from the hustle and bustle of the city which gives you a more beautiful view at night. it overlooks a vast expanse of forest area and is quite secluded. the rooms are quite aesthetic. There is wifi,tv and geyser. On top of that you would have a wonderful host who leaves no stone unturned to make sure that your stay here is pleasant

Excellent homestay in peace and natural environment. Though little away from main shimla but it is plus point to live in such place away from concrete jungle of main shimla. Cab service provided by homestay is quick and at reasonable cost to and fro pickup from Railway station, isbt, Aukland tunnel etc. For long stay you may use local bus service from sbi bus stand which is very close to Aukland tunnel. Nowadays in buses of HRTC there is 50 percent concession to females inside Himachal state. Name of bus stand in Ragyan near homestay is near shop of Sunder Lala. Cost was only seventeen rupees for two tickets of couple from sbi bus stand Shimla. For local sightseeing in Shimla for kufri fagu mashobara Naldehra you may use good cabs provided by homestay or by prebooked bus of hptdc online for only rupees 330 per seat including charges of a guide. Caretaker girl of homestay is very soft and prompt in service. Mr Ankur and his family all are nice person. Food is best. Though require to order atleast one hour prior. View from balcony and roof are amazing. My wife is too happy to stay here. Will again stay if visits Shimla in future. Satish Sharma

Best place. Best people. The food was amazing. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony is cheery on the cake. Would definitely recommend this place. Really happy with the stay. Kudos to Ankur bhaiya who treated us with such respect and politeness. 💯

Dr Ankur is such an amazing person who is happily present everytime to meet your needs. Best place to stay in Shimla. we loved their hospitality.

Really the its name suits ‘home stay’ as it was like. Distance is just 15-20 min from Mall Road. Public convinces are also available.
View was very beautiful from every room. Food was good.
Moreover bhaiya’a daughter (Shivaay) is very cute.

Besstttttttttttttestttt homestay. And i really mean it. The property is sooo beautiful. It has 1bhk, 2bhk, 3bhk, delux rooms, all with mesmerizing valley view, well maintained, sanitized, cleanest washrooms, RO water facility. And talking about owner Ankur Bhai and Lokesh uncle, nicest person I've ever met, seriously. The food was also ultimate. They even provide you cab service to visit ridge,mall road at nominal charges. Whenever ill come to shimla, this is surely my second home. The place is bit far from city but when u'll reach here, it is definitely worth it. 100/100
Update: recently after 1 year i visited here again and this time owner told me that they are upgrading their homestay by adding 2 more rooms (1 room with veryyyyy awsm view) and 1 more room which will have mini theatre and billiards table. And he is also planning to open a small cafeteria/convienient store inside homestay. So it will be very good to see the updations.

It was definitely a wonderful experience staying in the hotel. All the staff and the owner is very cooperative and receptive. Meal was tasty at very reasonable price. Also, the hotel provides the taxi at very suitable rate. The taxi owner (Pavan bhaiya) is very helpful and friendly person. Thank you Pavan bhaiya for making this a wonderful trip.

Really "RIDGE VIEWING " mountains with lash greenary from our duplex apartment.Jacu hill looks like glittering necklace from balcony after evening.Hospitality towards the guests is simply amazing. Foods are really delicious and just cooked and sufficient enough. It is very much worth staying.Above all it is Dr. Grol whose management ability is unparalle to each & every guest.

The service of the hotel is awesome!! The owner is a doctor and a good helping guy if u have a talk with him !! The room is awesome with 1floor having 3 rooms & a common kitchen for the floor. Location is a bit far from the market , But the view from hotel is awesome

Great place, freshly prepared customised food, great view..Thanks to Dr.Ankur (owner) and kiran (helper) for providing us a great stay..very humble, polite and helped us with everything we need.Though a bit distant from mall road it is an excellent place to stay.

Excellent location hospitality and services provided n solely managed by Dr Ankur...every guest is being treated as a family member....what more can u except. Moreover the place has it's own aura charm n peace ....as it's a little bit away from bugged up shimla. U get more than u actually pay

The location was awesome you can see natural greenery everywhere..... Landlord was so polite and helpful too.... Service was excellent and rooms were neet and clean washroom was hygienic.....a best place to stay with family.
