Hotel Cross Winds West by Aanantham Shimla

I stayed in this hotel on 06.04.24 for 2 days.

This hotel provides consumer delight. Room service attendant is very prompt and polite. The behaviour of Restaurant attendant is very cooperative and quality of food is delicious. I am thankful for all the staff of hotel Cross Winds Shimla. I suggest the tourists to stay here without any hesitation.

My name is Vishal I was stay in this hotel for first time and i was attended by mr Ashu Sharma and mr Sohan Singh .their hospitality was amazing and always willing to help and always available for me to make my stay memorable.thank you to the whole team of crosswind.and specially mr ashu and mr Sohan.

Good service and good job perform by the person whom we met Mr Basant Kumar He is so much nice person too much polite with excellent room service perform by him to us he is such a nice person with good behaviour and overall hotel is too much good in each and every thing cleanliness is too much good

Services, staff, food everything is good.

It is really cozy, the people are so good and so warm. The food and the service was amazing. The best part was the room view. I had got the valley view room. People were very courteous and quite near to mall road. Hardly 10 mins. Took me 13 rupees via public bus and 300 rupees back from mall road 300/4 = 75 per head which is nothing. I would highly recommend this place for a long weekend.

Excellent room, amenities, ambience, service and hygene. Food quality top class. But the best was the view from the room, breathtaking!.
I stayed with my family and with my personal car in mid Feb 2021. This is truly a hidden gem.
Go for this hotel for peaceful stay and for city tour you can easily get there in 15 minutes.
Its away from the unnecessary hustle bustle.

The property has a lovely locale and overlooks a gorgeous valley. The views are breathtaking and waking up to the sunrise is a treat by itself. The rooms are tastefully done and have a fresh look to themselves. The food is fantastic and the menu well thought out. I would highly recommend the hotel as it’s better to stay a bit away from the hustle bustle of Shimla and enjoy the nature while being always a few minutes away from the city.

Very well appointed rooms. Restaurant and other public areas are very comfortable. Top notch housekeeping. Rooms, bathrooms and linen is clean and sanitized. Overall a very comfy and homely ambience. Gives you the feel like a deluxe hotel. I would visit this property whenever I get the chance .

It was an excellent stay in this hotel. Hospitality is too good. Valley view rooms with balcony. Good ambience, food and behavior. Apart from that the scenic beauty is something which one can ache to visit innumerable times. Please do come and enjoy the stay.

Excellent hotel to stay, rooms are clean and comfy. Hotel is just 6 kms away from Shimla town, and away from the crowded town, located in very calm location with a scenic view of Shimla from the balcony.
Food is good compared to other hotels in this area.
Excellent room service. Would stay again in my next visit to Shimla.
Sankat Mochan Hanuman ji temple is very nearby to this hotel approx ~1 kms by walk (need to climb down steps from main road)..

Such a good owner to have time spend with cross wind hotel Shimla

We checked out from this propertyyesterday. Must say we had amazing time here. Our plan was to stay here for two nights and move ahead. But ended up staying here for 5 nights. We didn't want to stay in busy crowded areas such as mall road of Shimla. t's located on Main highway and about 7 kilometers away from mall road. Takes about 15 minutes to reach main market areas by car. Property offers finest views of Shimla city. Our preference was good view, clean and spacious rooms, 24 hour hot water. All these things are available at crosswinds. Heater was available at nominal charge. They have in-house restaurant. Menu was limited but good. Big shout out for the staff. Everyone from frontdesk, restaurant and housekeeping were very courteous and accomodating. They made our stay pleasant. Total hassle free experience. Would definitely recommend it to our friends.

If you are looking for a property in shimla but don't bother about location then this is a good one to book. A bit far from city centre especially if you have come in TT or any big vehicle, then it's too tough to enter and exit shimla city centre. Apart from that we had no issues in our stay, the staff were superb in serving to all our needs.

All the rooms are very hygiene and the view from my room is very beautiful .

Being an architect and interior designer and first guest of this hotel my reviews of the said hotel is as follows:

Last but not the least. Mr. Nikhil Bhagra the owner of said hotel is very helpul and on always his toe to provide warm hospitality to the guests / visitors.

Nice and hygienic, well maintained property. Cool view of Shimla , clearly visible The Gaint Hanuman statue, tram and famous Church from the room balcony. Excellent location, safe and ample parking space. Finger licking food. Quick, efficient and friendly staff. At least deserves 9on 10 overall.
