The moment I arrived at this beautiful hotel I was in love! Quaint, old world charm and cozy, it was everything I needed and more to make my holiday special. The owners are a very distinguished couple who make all their guests feel at home and the staff is friendly and very efficient. I enjoyed every meal at this hotel and truly loved my cups of chai. The rooms are beautifully styled and well maintained . The stay here will teleport you back to an age gone bye, an age of grace . You will be forced to slow down and savour each moment you spend here. I highly recommend this fabulous heritage hotel.

We had a fantastic experience in this heritage hotel. The staff were exceptional with their service, esp Mr. Surinder, who took great care of us during our one week stay. The food served was also excellent. They have a beautiful garden with scenic views of this iconic hill station. Highly recommended for families.

It's a heritage property in Shimla. I visited the place for a business meeting over dinner. Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisines are served here. I enjoyed the meals. Since I didn't stayed, so do not have much idea about rooms. Though, the service was good.

I loved it! It was homey and had a nice feel! The staff was so kind and was always at your service. If your looking for a rustic but luxurious place this is it! The decor was spectacular and I felt like I was royalty! Of course it depends on the person 😅The history of the hotel is what touched me most! Thanks Springfield for making my homesickness of Bangalore go away!❤

The ambience of the place is just so uncontrollably tempting with its vibrant lawns and vintage styled rooms. The stay becomes all the more homely with the excellent manager Mr. Dayal Thakur and staff like Mr. Jagdish taking care of you over there. Food is amazing here. I got to see so many species of flowers in the well maintained gardens of the hotel. Completely amazing!

Lovely bunglow tucket i. The heart of Shimla and has so much of character. Lovely place which is peaceful, has spacious rooms, good service and lovely lawn to sit in the evening.
I will recommend it for families and people who like heritage places and serenity..

We stayed for 3 nights in October at Hotel Springfields, the location, view and interiors of this heritage property is just beautiful and our experience was really good. The staff is really humble and courteous, our server was Mr. Surendra and he is very polite, efficient and his ginger tea is just amazing. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food is just great. They have limited options in the food menu but everything is just delicious. We enjoyed our daily breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Thank you for the great hospitality. Best location. Breakfast is delicious and full of variety.
5-star service, Whole staff is very co-operative.
Varun as hotel representative helped a lot in planning the trip and helping with the places where kids can even enjoy.
Adjacent to Hotel ,shops are available for any daily use things.
Parking is also available .

Have stayed at Shimla numerous times and I have no hesitations admitting that this has been the best stay. A majestic stay - spacious room and green lawns right in front of the room to enjoy the sunshine. Mr. Dayal, Mr. Deepak and Mr. Surinder are perfect hosts to make you feel at home. The food is really delicious.

Best view in the city. Great Lawn, great service, and great staff in your service at all times.

We booked the whole cottage for our workation trip and it was a pleasant experience with zero hiccups.

The waiters, cooks, and the management will fulfill your every demand with a smile on their faces and will great lengths to please you.

The managers Manoj Bansal and Dayal Thakur are too courteous and helpful, especially Manoj. The staffs are also very good: Surinder and Jagdish take care of you all the time. Lovely property and the view from the terrace is also awesome. Located at a peaceful location 3.5 kms away from the Mall Road. Homely environment and food. Highly recommended.

It is really amazing to stay in hotel.. cleanliness,all staff members behaviour is soo nice ,we feel like home . It's really so nice to stay .the breakfast and dinner is very nice..

Heritage property , if u are peacelover and need a good value for ur money. Must visit this place, polite staff and humble owner and food is delicious. What more u want. Not very far from mall road .but valley view of shimla is amazing.
