Amazing property on shimla! The design of a luxury hotel with well trained staff! It also offers a shuttle car to the pedestrian bridge that leads you to mall road. Though the walk was less than 200 m and it was fine to walk! But so much to offer in this hotel, you could ask for a bonfire romantic dining experience at the terrace and food is amazing (I had a continental dinner)

Just a small instance, we forgot our personal water bottle in the room after check out and the hotel staff called just after an hour and we couldn't make it to go back to the hotel to pick that up. I appreciate their assistance that they've couriered, and I got it back at my residence in just 4 days without even a single follow up call made. Cheers to the service and good work !!

Been here for 2 days and the staff have been amazing. Unfortunately I have been very ill with Gastroenteritis. Doctor was called and within 30 mins turned up with a nurse and medication all for £30.00. Hotel staff could not do enough for me and have been so well looked after. Thank you team

A brilliant place to stay in shimla. Rooms are large spacious and clean. We got the valley view room and the view from the room was spectacularly breathtaking especially the sunset.
They have their own cafe and restaurant cafe valley view and one open cafe near reception where you can have finger foods and coffee.
The food served in the restaurant is tasty and finger licking good .With a combination of local cuisine and oriental and continental the menu is perfect for all. The chefs are very receptive and friendly.The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet the spread is large and the food is awesome.They offer room service too but having the lunch or dinner with a view was great.The prices for ala carte menu are tad on the higher side but the servings are perfect for three people.

The service as usual was impeccable and all the people were very friendly and supportive.The checkin checkout procedure was smooth and hassle free.
They also offer complimentary drop upto Auckland tunnel from where you have to take the stairs to reach the famous mall road.If you walk it is hardly a km from the hotel.

All in all a must stay if you are going with family and friends.

My family and I had the best experience in this hotel. The view is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms were nice and cozy, the food was delicious and most importantly the staff were very kind and welcoming. The best service ever been provided to to us by a hotel is found here, they were really friendly and made sure that we have the best time here, especially Miss Monika Shauhaan who was such a sweetheart, she is really one of a kind, treated us with such kindness and respect, I loved this place so much because of her, also Mr Surender Khudri who supported us during our stay here. Thank you ever so much for granting us this great experience. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope they maintain these high standards.

The security person was very smiling because when you enter you see someone first is a security guy who is smiling in a very nice manner and personalised way The overall environment is very good.
One thing which we don't like when someone is going to stay in your hotel so no need to get his room payment in advance before you hand over the room key.
The ambience at the hotel is comfortable and pleasing. The staff here is very polite and friendly.
The breakfast was great as usual. Good spread of Indian and Continental.
The Hotel is slick and span. Very clean and hygienic. The Staff takes extra care to keep things neat and tidy. Property is absolutely beautiful with lots of open space.
The location is awesome, the valley view rooms and the ridge view are awesome. The swimming pool is at its best.

This is a must, Alpine resort in India! with so much history. The hotel was perfect, the staff professional, friendly, good service, great food, only wish we could have stayed longer. Incredible views of the Himalayas.
