The hospital is very good, but after getting fit and fine and all the issues resolved, the illness comes back when we reach 4th mile police point. The pathetic road conditions are worst. I know it's not the hospitals responsibility but the public who has closed their eyes, buzy su*king the concern authority d**k, and the concern authority never admit their sick patient there. Instead fly the to other states or country.

It is a well maintained NABH accredited hospital as I know...the doctors are experienced and professional.. but neurology and urology department is not there although surgeons are available for urology related surgery cases. Surrounded by trees and flower plants...there is a well maintained canteen and a chappal ..

Going to this very hospital is like seeking Jesus for healing. I have 100% faith and trust to this hospital. Starting from the lowest to the highest position, they treat the patient equally with great care to their best possible efforts. I really don't know how much im thankful to them. I and all my family members are very much thankful and indebted to this hospital. May our almighty God blesses you all abundantly. Do keep on continuing the good work that u are doing.

Best Hospital in Dimapur, each and everthing are perfect Doctors are awesome they clear all doubt of patients. All Nurses,Sisters are too helpfull. I would like to give 100 out of 100. All are request to go it might from town but best and cheapest hospital. In Nikos Dimapur i have paid 32,000/- for 5 days where as in CIHSR Hospital i have only 4,700/- in 4 days. All staff including security is too helpfull and good manner. They treat all patient equally. I would like to thanks all member of CIHSR for their great support.....

I have done my csection in this hospital and Dr Rebeki is very good She is so friendly n Caring.

Neat and clean atmosphere, friendly environment, staff n pocket friendly. The fee n charges are economic n treatment are with top priority. Feel lyk home rather than hospital.

There must be (not should be) instalment payment system. Problem is we r not sure to get selected and can't bring a huge amount for the first time. After got selected, we ask parents to deposite money on bank account and withdraw from nearby atm where there is no cash sometimes. During such a long process( minimum 4 days), from the very first day test to the final result, we stay in hotel or guest house paying more than 1000 rupees everyday since we comes from far place. This is the reason behind no cash at the time of admission (due to full installment). Again they ask us to go back and comes later on with the cash which seems hard for us because of long journey and we gets more and more problem. Its my advice to have an instalment system.

Good medical facilities with great support staff

All the staffs are kind and humble.treatment wise very systimetic and effective.but billing and discharging process is very slow and hectic.we have waited one day for discharging.

It's a good hospital to consider if we get sick but one disadvantages I find is that it's little far away from the town especially traffic makes it difficult to get in time

Neat and clean hospital, Doctors and staffs are also good, only bad thing is that there is always long queue at billing counter.
