HDFC Bank

Visted HDFC Bhind branch for cash withdrawal few days back. I was surprised that here customer services have been improved a lot. I got my money in just few minutes. Here, this new man Mr. Madhvesh Sharma is doing pretty well and is among fastest fingers in delivering customer needs. I am truly overwhelmed with his customer service and his personal/professional nature.

I had visited HDFC Bank Bhind branch for some monetary transactions & met with Assistant Manager Mr. Madhvesh Sharma. He explained me with various beneficial policies & FDs and their respective advantages. He is very knowledgeable, humble, calm & composed guy. It's been impressing to see HDFC Bhind is coming with customer centric Employee like Madhvesh these days. I would like to thank him for answering all my questions so patiently and satisfied me with all his very short & precise way of answering.

Bhind is my hometown.. I visited this branch to update my address. I reach at 10:30 AM and branch was opend at 10:45 then they allowed to enter at 11:00 AM and kept me on waiting outside. Then later they given me excuse they can't take my address update request because it will be done only by ur home branch. Earlier I have updated my address by visiting any of HDFC brach and it used to be done. This bank has own set of ruled designed by manager. They don't want to take any task and understand customer request.

Request to Senior management , staff and bank manager is not professional and don't take any request. Please investigate about and do needful.

No direct contact number, computerized customer care is worst !!, No response from staff in spite of being 10 years active member with daily transaction. Worst bank of Bhind city
