Hotel is good
Food is good

But receiptions service is very poor

I called at 4 o clock for Tata sky channel

He said main bhejta hu

Then I did followup cal at 5.30. He said will send some one

Now just he is saying that all channel are same at all room ...songe should have informed me at second calls

Any way .... RESPONSE IS BAD ...
Not happy with response

But I must say ...hotel is good for saty and food is Fantastic

The Soni'otel hotel in West Bengal was a fantastic choice for my vacation. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The staff was courteous, helpful, and professional. The location was convenient and close to many attractions and landmarks. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a variety of dishes to suit every taste. The pool and spa were relaxing and refreshing. I had a great time at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful site good place for meeting and party. Buffet is very well organised. Location is well put . They have an impeccable menu and the food tastes great. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. Spent some good quality time with my loved ones.

Perfect place to stay at. Hotel are quite & with less congestion. Near by NH6 will help to take you through the heart of Kolkata roads & places.

I had an amazing stay at The Soni'otel and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful and very well-maintained, with all the modern amenities that one could ask for. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our go to place. We have stayed here more than 10 times. They have a bar even. Which have a great ambience. Foods are delicious. Rooms are very spacious and staff behavior is very good.

Food quality is good. Service staff behaviour is very good. Keep it like this to attract the guests to come and stay regularly. One suggestion on location aspect to Soniotel is, to include in Google maps so that while booking cabs the location becomes easy for drivers.

Located on the side of the highway it has good clean and sanitized rooms.
The staff is cordial and pleasent to speak.
Food is pretty delicious.

We didn't stay there but had our dinner at the restaurant. It provides authentic Punjabi Cuisines. We had a great family time on Shasthi. Our stwerd Samar needs special mention. He was a humble and courteous guy and recommended the right amount of food for us. Pocket pinch is on the higher end. We have paid around 50k for 6 people. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay. Enjoyed the hospitality from each and every member of hotel staff. A great gesture by Mr. Gupta on food suggestions during my stay (Tasted one of the best soups today). Nice ambience, perfectly cleaned rooms and nice restaurant. Housekeeping, room service and hospitality are top notch. Definitely recommended.

This is one of the best hotels for stay and food. The buffet - breakfast lunch and dinner are fantastic. Also banquet hall is very nice. Landscaping is heart touching. They have live counters for various items. Stay is also comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. Location is also central with many historic places quite nearby including Victoria Memorial Hall, a museum, Kalighat, Dakhineswar etc. The suite room has a magnificent view of the city.
