Liked the Coco Mart chain until I realized none of the staff in this shop or the nearby one knew how to register the sim card sold here or how to top up to get mobile data. Also there was a sign of "Free WiFi" on their window but none of them knew the username & password. To be precise, the staff seemed not knowing the sign at all until asked by me.

The staff are incompetent and blatantly lie about the store’s policy. One day it’s 50k minimum to use a card and the next day it’s 100k (like today). One person understands how a credit card works and another refuses to run as credit and demands a pin, yet most credit cards don’t have PIN numbers. I had to show today’s clerk how I can sign for it instead of push debit and after it worked, he was saying that it’s wrong. But it worked and they were paid. I’ve spent about 2million rupiah there but I’ll never go back. I do not like liars and no one should have to either.

Deplorable staff. This is probably my first bad review of a place, but well deserved.

Watch out here, they will over charge you and purposely short change you.

I gave 100k for a 30k purchase and he only gave me 20k change back and tried to lie about what I gave him.

Expensive for everything....even in Meno hotels sell Water cheaper than this shop ! It's all treble any other mini mart
